Product Head - Insurance Broking Firm (4-6 yrs)
A Leading Insurance Broking Firm operating from 7 cities with a current employee strength of 350 employees and tie-ups with leading Life Insurance Companies to sell and service an entire range of Life Insurance Products. Currently moving into the Digital Sector.
Job Description
Experience in Defining and executing product requirements from concept to launch
Experience in end to end project delivery including business analysis, client communication, requirement gathering, technical feasibility analysis, project cost estimation, resource allocation,delivery, quality assurance, sign-off.
Experience in product planning, strategizing and management with proven track record of improvements, optimizations and growth across product categories.
Exposure to business dynamics.
Good understanding of software technologies, User Journeys, UI/UX.
Research experience for user data.
Mobile App Development Cycle experience
- Experience in product business logics identification and creation.
- Experience in driving a solution-set across teams (Technology, marketing and Sales)
