Product Head - FMCG - IIM/XLI/FMS

Location : Kanakpura Taluk (Bangalore)

- Qualified MBA from a premier B School,preferably with a degree in Mechanical Engineering

Designation : Product Head.

Responsibility :

- Minimum of 3 years experience in preferably in Kitchen Appliances Category holding independent P&L responsibility in a reputed organisation.

- Overall experience in the field of Sales, Product Development, International & Domestic Sourcing, Trade Marketing and Communication.

- Good Communication skills and proven ability to lead, mentor, motivate and work alongside a large team of qualified techno - commercial individuals.

- Proven track record of innovation in the field of Product Development, Trade Marketing and Marketing Communication.

- Capability to multi-task and flexibility to work alongside other departments and the promoter.

- Knowledge of Product costing, Manufacturing Processes, exposure to vendor development/sourcing from China and strategic sourcing.
