Position: Product Head - eCommerce/mobile  Experience: 8 - 12 years  Location: Delhi  Profile: eCommerce  Position Summary  - A unique blend of product, analytics and P&L owner, the incumbent shall be responsible for driving the organization to a self-sustainable platform delivering highest standards of user experience.   - Working closely with the CEO and Founder, he/she shall be responsible for managing the complete online product life cycle and google analytics with ownership for devising strategies to increase revenues.  Key Relationships  Reports to : CEO & CMO  Direct reports: Managing a team of 2-3 people. The team size will scale up as per business need and requirement.  Major Responsibilities:  - Identify market requirements, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmap.  - Responsible for analyzing customer needs, competitive offerings and provide direction on best practices and emerging trends in relation to eCommerce capabilities.  - Responsible for innovative feature conceptualization, designing wireframes, documenting PRDs to enhance site usability & profitability.  - Responsible for developing customer wireframes and user cases and ensure optimal level of customer services  - Analyse all customer requirements and monitor requests and manage all defects in products for all monthly releases.   - Responsible for gathering and analysing User Research data to build Product Requirements.  - Responsible for developing new UI designs using web technologies.  Person's Specifications:  - Ideal candidate should have 7-12 years industry experience .  Technical Skills:  - Strong Analytical skills and experience of web and google analytics in an online product management role  - Basic knowledge of coding, JavaScript, html  Competencies:  - Entrepreneurial thinking mindset: Self motivated and self-directed with an ability to think innovatively.  - Passion for Results: High degree of commitment with bias for execution excellence  - Customer Focus: Ability to design processes, systems & create an environment for enabling customer delight.  - Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-- solving abilities.  - People Management: Ability to lead, manage & develop large teams in a fast paced environment  Please contact: Joytirmoy GlobalHunt 08130413939
