Hiring for a Mumbai based Ecommerce company, that aims to provide a platform to Indian Moms seeking high quality international Products and Brands for their kids/infants at competitive prices.   Role:  As a Product Head, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Indian mom has the best shopping and browsing experience on desktop, mobile and tablet.   Responsibilities & Opportunities:  - Design and develop web, mobile and app products for the company based on strategic priorities, industry experience, customer feedback, and analytics  - Drive innovation labs to generate new product ideas, research/ analyse them for feasibility and business impact, and lead implementation of those ideas   - Strategic planning to implementation by working with cross-functional teams that include Marketing, Merchandising, Technology, Customer Service and Finance  - Gather insights from across teams within the Org and conduct external research and usability studies to understand how customers are interacting with the product and develop enhancements based on the results/analysis  - Continuously improve existing products and features to drive higher conversion or engagement  - Create wireframes, user stories, functional requirements and work with creative team on the designs  Qualifications:-  - Six or more years of experience in Internet-related Product Management preferably with consumer-facing, ecommerce site(s), name brand content portals or social media sites. The right mix of experience in Marketing, Technology and/or Product Development could be appropriate as well  - Ability to build and lead teams. Experience leading successful website development projects: defining and communicating specifications, managing resources, leading cross-functional teams and managing on-time implementation  - Passion and understanding of exemplary user experience in e-commerce/ m-commerce. Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and changes is a must  - Experience in usability labs, or studying user interaction with products, and interpreting site analytics  - Post Graduate from Top Tier Institutes is a must. Technology and/or Design preferred
