About our Client - Our client is one of the leading players in the eCommerce space, and is renowned for its innovative products and practices in the online space. They have been growing exponentially over the years, and are currently recruiting for a Product Head, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.

Job Description - Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for :

- Create and implement new product offerings for the company and ensure that they are launched in a timely manner.

- Work closely with the management team to understand consumer and market trends, and develop product offerings based on this., thereby creating new revenue streams for the company.

- Manage all aspects of the website, delivering highly scalable, usable and differentiated products.

- Manage a large team of product and UI resources, and an even larger delivery and data collection team.

The Successful Candidate :

- You will be post graduate with around 10-15 years of total experience, and at least 5-7 years of experience in product roles in the B2C eCommerce/Internet industry.

- Further, the experience of developing and launching new products, resulting in increase business revenue is a must.

- The client is looking for someone with exceptional communication/interpersonal skills, and the ability of managing a large team.
