Product Head - Cloud  Purpose of the Job :  A Product Head - Cloud works to enhance the organization's market position in the cloud space. Cloud is a focus area for the organisation and this role is a big contributor to its success. This role is positioned at national level to drive Cloud based services in the Enterprise & Govt business. The role entails partnering with OEMS/Vendors to create Cloud Ecosystem, collaborating with billing & Revenue Assurance to stitch the product or the offering, developing & deploying the market strategy and creating a customer mindshare to achieve annual revenue and market share targets for the product line.  Deliverables :  - Responsible for achieving the Product Revenue targets, market share, product penetration & establish as a preferred Cloud service provider.   - Identify & partner with OEMs/ Vendors to create Cloud Ecosystem. Collaborate with the billing & Revenue Assurance to ensure delivery & billing of the product or the offering.  - Responsible for Product Marketing - Identifying the target market, creating USPs to suit the target audience, create differentials with competition in product as well as offering   - Drive Go-To-Market for the cloud product for the Enterprise & Govt Business pan India. Sustain, monitor & improve revenues of existing and new products on a regular basis.  - Increasing customer Mindshare by showcasing value proposition, USPs & capabilities to during the service delivery process for new products.  - Participate in Industry Forums and Seminar's for service positioning.  - Increased product/service awareness of the new products/services within company eco-system through periodic trainings on Product offerings, Market trends, competition play, airtel's value proposition, over-all sales pitch to the Cross Functional Teams of the region/circle.  - Ensure comprehensive evaluation of identified/strategic business opportunities through : Quantification of demand for business opportunity. Assessment of opportunity feasibility - company technical capabilities, costs, expected profits Assessment and in formulation of winning strategy along with BSG and SALES teams in line with market trends.  Major Challenges :  - Incumbent needs to appreciate the current challenges involved in emerging products and ability of cross functional teams to deliver as per customer expectations. Therefore need to work in alignment with different stakeholders (internal and external) and get the desired business outcome.  - Technology being new to the market, growth of business and continuous motivation to keep customer engaged and close loop the deals.  Educational Level : BTech/BE & MBA  Working Experience: Overall experience of 8-10 years with Technology Solution/ Sales experience (Cloud Services) of min 5 years
