- Products are one of the most value enablers for Clients and helps de-commoditizing the Broking & Advisory Business
- Products are used as a strategic tool to differentiate the offerings and get key competitive edge
- Product Head is expected to develop and scale up suite of Products that are in alignment with Organizational objectives
- Improvisations in present Product basket - Exchange Traded, Research & Distribution
- Studying Competitive landscape and their current offerings
- Driving new Product development based on Organizational objectives
- Product training framework for front end team
- Ownership of the revenue and growth
- Establishing Product Communication framework for Internal team & Clients
10+ years of diverse functional experience. Preference to candidates with Senior level experience in Products
- Collaborating skills as he has to work with multiple teams
- Strong Project implementation skills
