Product Associate (1 year Contract role)  The position will be responsible in understanding brand plan, business objective, product strategy, visualize and execute creative and collaterals for various touch points; support field force for smooth execution, periodically analyse and monitor internal and external data to check effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Help in rollout and execution of various Customer engagement programs. The position will report to Asso. Marketing Manager /Head marketing.  Brand Management :   - Understand Brand Feature, Advantage and Benefit, brand positioning and strategy  - Understanding current Communication Concept - Doctor and Consumer  - Liaison with Agency for art work creation and execution  - Collaborate with inter departments like Medical/Finance/Legal/Regulatory/Dispatch/Training to ensure smooth execution of planned activities  Key Customer engagement and Campaign activation :   - Ensuring successful execution of customer/consumer engagement programs  - Driving specific brand platforms and campaigns from ideation to KPI monitoring  Sales Force Coordination :   - Ensure sales force team gets promotional material in time by coordinating with Dispatch team  - Address sales force queries related to Implementation of CMEs/Inputs/Slide Decks and other internal process  - Coordinate with Managers to get data for better execution and implementation  -Support sales force in KOL management for smooth execution of CME's and TTT Programs  - Coordinate with 3P field force to follow up on execution of strategy  Data Mining :   - Coordinate with MIS team for data such as Rx/Rxber/ Activity related Rx Tracking, CME Implementation tracker, Region wise data tracker  Training :   - Periodically Train Teams like NSE /Dieticians/Growth Promotors/ Territory Business Executive/CSD Team on product strategy  Requirements :  - MBA in Marketing (Desired)  - 1 to 3 Yrs in Brand Management or in an Agency managing multiple Products
