Should have experience from 6 to 11 years in non IT procurement which is HR vendors negotiations

He has to manage the sub contracting team for hiring sub contractors in Amdocs,

Job Description (in detail)

- Leading subcontracting team of 9 people, which includes 2 GLs.

- Portfolio includes handling subcontracter hiring & outsourcing requirements for India & APAC region.

Required Skills/Domain Knowledge

- Total exp - 10+ years.

- Out of which at least 5 years relevant experience preferrably from IT company,

- Strategic decision maker

- Should have handled big team.

- Negotiations Skills

Required Behavioral Competencies

- Good Communication Skills

- Working under pressure

- Good at relationship Management
