Procurement Specialist/Deputy Project Manager

Urgent hiring one of the Big 4's based at Assam Guwahati

Position - Procurement Specialist/Deputy Project Manager.

Location - Assam/Guwahati

Qualification- Engineering /commerce graduate (preferably with postgraduate degree/diploma)

Experience - Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement of goods, works and consultancy services

Experience in managing transport projects is preferable.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Must have direct experience of applying the World Bank's or other donor Procurement

- Policies and guidelines and be able to reference examples of such experience.

- Good knowledge of project planning, monitoring, and management techniques

- Excellent analytical and report writing skills

- Procurement of Works Contracts including Preparation of Tender Document(s) & Tender

- Evaluation Report(s), Contract Support & Management, Construction Supervision including Quality Control.

- Preparation of Pre-Qualification document and Pre-Bid Queries for Civil Works & Structures

- Evaluation of Pre-Qualification Proposals received for Civil Works & Structures and preparing the Evaluation report.

- Preparation of Bid Documents and Pre-Bid Queries for Civil Works & Structures;
