Procurement/Sourcing French Analyst - Business Intelligence/Analytics

MANDATORY SKILLS

Should have completed 3 Level from Alliance Francais.

Should be able to read, write and speak French.

Process Brief & Position Summary:

The PMO services at Business Intelligence & Analytics works towards the objective of providing relevant and actionable solutions for the group entities with respect to information and analysis, and help in coordinating work across different teams/entities/geographies

- Within PMO, the team is supporting the Group Procurement and other procurement functions across different entities.

The Business Intelligence & Analytics team works towards the objective of providing relevant and actionable solutions for the group and entities with respect to information and analysis

- Procurement team provides support to multiple procurement families in varied activities including spend analysis, eSourcing, market research, KPI reporting and dashboard. The team liaises with various entities to capture data in a consistent and reliable manner. Acting on data the team provides relevant insights and recommendations, along with optimization of existing processes for continuous improvement and automation.

Key Accountabilities:

Exposure to procurement and sourcing function, its KPIs, trends, vendor markets and key focus areas

Expertise in sourcing and RFP support with regard to data analysis, price analysis, vendor selection recommendations and sourcing decision support

KPI reporting and automation of heavy reporting processes

Shall have 2-4 years of relevant experience in procurement consulting, sourcing, reporting and exposure to analytical tools (MS Access etc.)

Ability to integrate broader procurement priorities and integrate in day-to-day planning and actions.
