- Shall review and manage the tender documents from Architects / Consultants.
- Shall be responsible for the complete procurement process as per standards.
- Shall manage the ordering process including preparation of contracts/ Purchase order / Agreement etc.
- Shall manage the contract during the execution of the works including clarification from site team.
- Shall manage complete payment process including preparation of payment advise, review of the bill, following up with accounts etc.
- Shall maintain necessary trackers for all above process.
- Shall manage the documentation on authority approvals /statutory documents like insurance/ CAR policy BG etc.
- Shall prepare and monitor the project Budget / cash flow / other management report as on when required.
- Shall prepare the project monthly report as required.
- Shall co-ordinate with accounts department for specific reports and statement.
- Shall be responsible for audit compliance and control.
- Shall handle all the above process with help of new technology like BIM / ERP / SAP etc.
Major Challenges:
- Shall follow the approved process at all times for all major and minor purchases.
- Shall ensure that the complete compliance to the statutory / audit are met always while the execution of the contracts.
Working Experience:
Must have:
- Experience with Procurement and vendor management,.
- Should have handled civil construction of Hotels or Hospital preferably.
- Should have handled complete procurement / payments including civil / MEP and Interior in last three / four years.
- Overall experience of 8-10 years is must.
