Position Title: Manager/ Senior Manager
 
Experience: 6 to 8 yrs

Category: CapEx/OpEx            

Location: New Delhi            

Job Purpose: Capture user requirements to procure & deliver AMC & special services for IT & Telecom vertical across Company & group companies. In process also develop supply chain process, develop & sustain vendor relationships & control key AMC spends with the objective of meeting customer expectations on quality & schedule at an optimized cost.      

Accountabilities
 - Manage end-to-end purchase cycle for AMC Related purchases for Company & Group companies            

 - Manage end-to-end purchase cycle for special services' purchases (SAP etc) for Company & Group companies

 - Ensure procurement of services are lower/aligned with market benchmarks - ongoing basis     

  - Ensure customer delight & expectations with respect to delivery timelines            

 - Support drafting of the AMC Strategy Note            

 - Support key vendor relationships in the AMC & Special services area            

Skill Set Requirement (competency)
 - Strong Project Management & Customer Handling skills            

 - Strong Communciation - Good Business Writing            

 - Understanding of Costing Parameters            

 - Strong Negotiation Skills            

 - Good prior experience in contract management & closure            

Experience
 - Quality    

 - Experience in Production/ Supply Chain/Sales functions in FMCG

Academics: MBA (preferred) , Bachelors (Engineering/Economics/Commerce)
