Procurement Innovation Manager - FMCG

Position open with a leading FMCG company in Gurgaon. candidates having 5-8 yrs in project management mainly in NPI with a basic knowledge of procurement related to the project (mainly RM & packaging) can share their profile..

Preference would be given to a candidature who has an OE exp/knowledge.

JD -

- Lead Project Management for NHC category projects in Procurement function

- Drive and implement action for all designated projects as procurement lead

- Drive and deliver material costs for NHC category project through the project life cycle till launch

- Drive continuous improvement in innovation process management in procurement function

1. Set up framework and processes, formulate and implement project tracking and reporting mechanism for smooth running of projects in line with the NPD stage gate process within the procurement function

2. Continually refine the project management processes to optimize Project Delivery.

3. Successfully lead in-plan projects, & support launch for procurement tasks for timely commercialization to deliver sales

4. Engage with category SGMs and play pivotal role in finalizing the materials costs through the project life cycle till launch

5. This role will need high comfort levels with core procurement and project management concepts, interpersonal skills, ability to work in diverse/cross functional teams, high level of analytical thinking, and ability to influence senior management.

- Work in cross functional teams comprising R&D, GMS, Marketing, Legal and Finance

- Engagement & influence key Stakeholders : Functional heads and Marketing Managers.
