We are looking for Process trainer from BFSI/Customer service domain for a leading BPO MNC.

Location : Hyderabad

Experience : 3-5 years

Roles & Responsibilities :

Keep up-to-date product / process knowledge

- Accountability for individual learning curve

- Resources from BFSI & Customer service exposure would be a mandate.

- Should have either knowledge on Content or learning development.

- Up / cross training of team members

- Responsibility for process efficiency - consistency across all metrics

- Thorough knowledge on throughput and TNI/TNA and trainer metrics.

- Should have handled larger batches pertaining to BPO exposure.
