Process Manager - Transactional Quality - BPO (7-10 yrs)
Salary Range: 7 - 11 LPA
We have an urgent opening for Process Manager (Quality Analyst) with one of the Leading MNC in Bangalore.
Job Role : Transactional Quality
Designation : Process Manager.
Location : Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore.
Experience : 7+ years (Relevant Experience in Transactional Quality 5 years)
Note: 3Yrs as an Assistant Manager or Manager on papers required.
Job Descriptions :
- Trainings/certifications (mandatory)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified/Black Belt trained
- ISO 9001/ISO 27001 Basic and/or Advance courses
- COPC/CMMI framework
- Any other recognized/relevant Quality certifications from leading institutes
Experience :
- Min relevant work experience 5 years (in Quality assurance, Risk & Compliance, Process/Business Excellence functions)
- Min overall work experience 7 years (preferably in BPO/KPO industry, after graduation)
Primary Responsibilities :
- Liaise with the Quality Manager for overall QA Deployment Framework
- Lead the CQA function across both locations i.e. Bangalore and Shimoga
- Coordinate with cross location teams with regards to standardization of CQA activities
- Manage a team of Quality TLs/Senior QTLs and around 50+ QA associates
- Provide continuous support, coaching and mentoring to the QTLs and QA team
- Deploy and monitor activities within the standard Quality Assurance framework
- Drive Innovation and Change management within the organization
- Provide regular process level analysis and dashboards for management reviews, external meetings etc.
- Assist the Quality Manager to define and document standard QA processes and practices
- Interact with internal/external stakeholders regarding effective deployment and sustenance of QA framework
- Develop thorough understanding of the business and Insurance/F&A domain
- Actively involve self in risk mitigation, re-engineering activities across all processes
- Participate in trainings for Insurance domain, Six Sigma, Lean and other quality concepts for self development
- Lead and participate in org level process improvement and innovation events
- Be seen as the Change agent in the organization by the management and at the grass root level

Additional Nice To Have Skills :
- Past experience in deploying Quality Assurance framework at organization level
- Experience in Insurance domain is a definite plus
- Good negotiation and influencing skills
- Should have sound knowledge industry wide Quality trends, standards and practices
