- A BB Certified professional with relevant experience in handling process improvement and re-engineering projects for global BFS Client's back office operations, should have strong in six sigma lean methodology expertise and completed 3+ BB projects pertaining to financial services

- Banking domain in ITeS industry.

- Should have good BB and FB mentoring experience.

- A strong expertise in handling robotics projects is most preferred.

- Should have good client management skills
