We're seeking a Process Excellence Manager with 2-5 yrs of Experience to actively contribute to an exciting time of growth and development for one of our client who is the leader in Health and wellness platform. This is a fantastic career defining opportunity for someone who enjoys a role filled with variety, challenges and autonomy.  KRAs:  - Understand requirements and define SOPs that will work seamlessly at scale  - Review existing processes, identify gaps/areas of improvement, work with stakeholders to refine the process and redeploy them  - Perform RCA for issues, identify right corrective and preventive actions, work with stakeholders to deploy actions and measure their effectiveness  - Define and track metrics that will measure process performance. Constantly evaluate metrics and drive improvement projects  - Work closely with ops & product team to identify product requirements that will help manage process at scale. Define Business requirement documents and work with product teams to create Product requirement documents  - Ensure deployment of product solutions and operationalize scale up of deployment  - Work with respective functions within team to Lead and drive continuous improvement initiative through implementation of industry standards and methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S, Process Standardization & Visual Management   Skill requirements:  - MBA from T1/T2 institute with 2-5 years post MBA experience in Quality, process excellence, operations development  - Strong logical and analytical problem solving skills. Should have an appetite for taking on tough problems  - Lean and six sigma background a plus  - Strong stakeholder management skills  - Project management experience
