We have an urgent opening for Manager Process Excellence -Mumbai with leading MNC.

Nature and Scope:
1. Incumbent will be required to lead change initiatives across the cluster

2. This position is part of process excellence team leading and coaching process improvement initiatives across the cluster

3. As a change agent the incumbent will coach and facilitate process improvement initiatives as per the strategic focus of the organization

Major Accountability:

1. Lead process improvement projects as project leader

2. Coach improvement projects at the Green Belt level

3. Be the project lead on customer experience and innovation initiative along with the functional representatives for India cluster

4. Facilitate BPMS (Business Process Management System) across organization through process mapping and evaluation of off shoring and/or process improvements

5. Support teams across various functions on strategic improvement initiatives as per requirement

Education:
Master’s Degree - Required

Experience:

- 6-10 years working experience

- Should be a Black Belt certified
