About our Client:
Our client is a leading Pharma giant with a strong presence across the globe. They are a Swiss MNC with a Centre of Excellence based out of Hyderabad. They are currently looking for a process excellence expert to help them streamline their Finance & Accounts vertical.
Job Description:
- As the Process Excellence Expert you will report into the Head of Transition and be responsible to Achieve best in class process on outsourced activities, getting the benchmarks, identifying opportunities and challenging the organization
- Work with Global Process Owners, Process leads, Quality Champions to identify opportunities for improvements (process, compliance, IT), harmonize and standardize processes and better optimize the investments on outsourced finance related processes
- Roadmap the deployment of such improvements following shared project management methodology
- Gain buy-in to roll out the improvements at local level considering their proposed solutions, the cost effectiveness, the functional efficiency and the customer satisfaction
- Supervise and ensure the deployment projects ensuring the on time, on quality and on budget criteria are met
- Ensure process excellence and productivity gains are materialized and gain is translated to billing
The Successful Candidate:
- You are a qualified chartered accountant or an MBA in finance from a tier 1 institute.
- You have a six sigma certification and have spent atleast 10 years working with finance & accounts processes. You come with industry as well as a captive/3rd party shared service experience.
- You are a self starter with excellent communication skills and an ability to manage senior stake holders effectively.
