Major Deliverables:-

- Responsible for complete change management across the organization.

- Lean trainer and facilitator for all events.

- Responsible for driving initiatives to Quality awareness.

- Lead and review all transitions and deployments across the country

- Mentoring for various reporting functions - project delivery, people management and client delivery being the key areas of focus

- Driving sustainable and continuous optimization of the business system by embedding process management and lean thinking

- Inspire, manage and prioritize continual improvement activities.
