Purpose of the Job:-
- To plan and lead Customer Experience initiatives on implementation of BPR , Six Sigma, Lean Process approach, and knowledge management initiative to achieve excellence in all business KPIs in Customer Experience function.
- Process / Policy Design & Business Process Reengineering.
- Mentoring Lean Six Sigma Project Teams across customer experience vertical.
- Facilitating Internal and External audit teams, creating process & policy checklist to ensure all critical and non critical factors are audited in the processes.
Qualification :- Engineering/MBA from a premier institute
Industry:- Preferably from Telecom/Consulting group/Consumer durable
