Process Engineering Manager - Magnet Production (10-15 yrs)

Process Engineering Manager- Magnet Production
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for process engineering and projects of FERRITE MAGNET Production
2. Form business alignment with global subsidiaries to establish project development road map and action plan.
3. Manage manufacturing resources alignment in conjunction with the request for quote process.
4. Lead and manage process engineering team, coach and motivate subordinates
5. Help to set up the new global plant for the company in other country (like Mexico, Serbia and India etc.)
6. Help to improve the process, mould design for magnet manufacturing for the Company and global plant
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above in material science, powder metallurgy or related disciplines
2. 10 years hands-on experience in powder metallurgy or ceramic compression, sintering, grinding industry.
3. Solid working experience in the process improvement during magnet production
4. Relevant working knowledge in large-scale projects
5. Fluent in written and spoken English and willing to relocate for the companies Global Assignment
Other Requirements
1. Only Indian - Male Candidate
2. Reporting to Engineering director, once he has oversee project assignment. Under three process engineers report to this position directly, under process engineer there will be 6 process-technicians.
3. Duration of Employment: (Minimum): 3 years with 6 month probation
4. Accommodation: Yes
