About our Client - Our client is a globally renowned player in the Agri-business vertical. They are listed on NYSE and report a consistent revenue growth year on year. They are spread across the globe and have presence in 90 countries. Over half of their sales is in emerging markets and the Indian market is of strategic importance to them. They are looking for an Process Design Authority who can provide the necessary governance and oversight to ensure processes are operated compliantly.

Job Description - While reporting to the Shared Services Head your responsibilities would be to:

- Ensure scalability, alignment and standardization of processes globally

- Design/Reengineer the processes of Finance & Procurement along with managing governance and influencing the outsourcing partners

- Implement best practices

- Consistently apply process standards and intervene where they are not being met

- Strategically plan for all the major changes in the process and provide strategic input to enable changes

- Conduct independent assessments and keep track of latest industry trends of BPM

- Independently support projects for Finance, Procurement and IT

The Successful Candidate - You are a Chartered Accountant with at least 7+ years post qualification experience specializing in SAP. An additional CPA/CWA/SAP certification/ Six-Sigma certification would be preferred. You should have experience of working extensively / implementing SAP in the past. You must come from a finance background with hand-on experience in P2P, O2C, R2R and Invoice Management. The right individual would be a self-starter, team player, ability to work autonomously in a rapidly changing environment. You should have effective verbal, written, and presentation skills in order to effectively interface throughout organization at multiple levels and across geographies.
