They need to fill the following position asap.
Position : Manager – Process Automation
Education : B.E. / B.Tech. / M.E. / M.Tech. / M.S. degree or equivalent
Experience : 6 - 8 years
Location : Gurgaon
Compensation : Commensurate with candidate caliber and experience
Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :
1. As a part of the Process Automation team, the incumbent be would be required to understand the needs and pain points of a customer during the entire transaction life-cycle
2. The candidate will help design and build systems/processes that will deliver a seamless and pleasant customer experience
3. In this broad role, this person would be working closely with cross-functional teams ( technology, F&A, product, operations, customer support, external vendors ) gathering and prioritizing requirements, understanding the gaps and failure points in the systems/processes and designing solutions to overcome them
4. Successful candidates should have a technical background, be detail driven and have excellent problem solving abilities
5. Work with cross functional teams, understand the gaps and likely failure points in the systems/processes
6. Gathering and prioritizing requirements and writing business requirement documents
7. Performing business analysis to make data driven decisions
8. Result oriented, managing and tracking the projects to ensure timely delivery
9. Background in Computer Science preferred but not mandatory
10. Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
12. Team Player
13. Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
