Job Description

Job Title - Private Equity

Experience - 8-12 Years

Location - Mumbai

- Good experience in handling large ticket real estate investment

- Provide regular market assessment & trends

- Sourcing opportunities and deal negotiations

- Project appraisals, feasibility studies, financial modeling

- Deal sourcing and investment analysis

- Supporting the fund raising process

- Evaluation of Projects for Investments, projected cashflows / returns on investments, deal structuring, due diligence, FDI Regulations for Real Estate, risk analysis and sensitivity analysis

Excellent candidates will generally have the following qualifications:

- 5+ years experience of handling Projects in Real Estates

- Candidate should be Post Graduate from TOP Institutes

- The candidate should be a creative independent thinker, interested in innovative financial products.
