Position- Associate- Private Equity (Healthcare) - (MBBS + MBA is must with 3 to 5 yrs of experience)

Location - Delhi

- Financial Analysis, Valuations and business modeling.

- Industry, Business and financial due diligence and deal execution.

- Undertaking company research to identify opportunities and preparing client proposals / pitch presentations.

- Collection, Collation and Analysis of client information.

- Risk analysis, planning, providing timelines, keeping track of the milestones.
