About our Client - Our Client is a multi billion dollar fund focused on the Indian market. After many successful investments, they rank in the top funds worldwide within their vintage. Having achieved an unparalleled reputation for solid results they are looking to continue the legacy with new investments and therefore are in search of an associate to add to the team.

Job Description - You will be expected to be part of the deal process from evaluating initial opportunities to the final closing of the deal

- An emphasis will be placed on financial modeling and valuation analysis of complex companies with revenues in excess of $50mn and will include competitor and industry analysis

- Support the due diligence process on a company and evaluating consequent business plans

- You will also be tracking and monitoring the portfolio companies

The Successful Candidate - The applicant should have a an MBA from a top school such as (IIM or equivalent). You may have an undergraduate degree from an IIT or a US college but have no plans to pursue an MBA You will have 1-3 years experience in a Front Office investment banking role (corporate finance) where you have worked on a couple of closed deals

- You should be comfortable with building valuation models from scratch

- You will be presentable, have excellent communication skills and be comfortable dealing with clients directly on complex financial solutions
