For Associate - 2009 - 2010 batch

with experience in Investment Banking, M&A, valuation, fund raising, corporate finance, strategy or in consulting related to these areas

Job Profile:
The incumbent will be a part of the private equity team, responsible for research, execution and analysis of deals.
Deal sourcing & execution, negotiation, transaction structuring, due diligence, portfolio management and fund raising.
