Private Equity Analyst - Domestic Family Office

One of our clients is a Family Office looking for a Private Equity Analyst at Mumbai. The Job Profile will be as follows :

Pre Screening & Deal Evaluation:

Responsible for screening and appraisal of companies looking to raise early to growth stage funds, VC/PE funds and Real Estate funds - Preparing written investment recommendations which are integral in arriving at investment decisions

Investment: Assist in investment in early stage Health & Wellness ecommerce Company, yield generating real estate asset and early stage VC funds

Portfolio Management: -

a] Monitoring portfolio companies in the retail, ecommerce and education sector through periodic management meetings, MIS tracking

b] Assist a portfolio company in the retail sector create a comprehensive MIS which enabled the company to track key operational parameters

c] Facilitate follow-up rounds of investment in portfolio companies in retail, ecommerce and education sector -

Assist in implementing compliance initiatives

Preference is for candidates who have worked in a Private Equity Fund or an Investment Banking boutique. Experience bracket of 2-4 years is ideal. CTC for the role is 10 L so only those who are ok with the low CTC should apply
