Title : Global CTO
Roles & Responsibilities:
As Head IT for Printvenue.com, a person would be responsible for establishing PV's technical vision and leading all aspects of technology development, according to its strategic direction and growth objectives.
- Planning the development roadmap for Printvenue along with stakeholders and other teams
- Chalking out architecture and technical specs for larger projects
- Planning sprints for the IT team and overseeing them through completion
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
- Guiding team members with their tasks during a sprint
- Take up software development tasks if need be
Skills/Qualifications:
- B.tech background from a pedigree preferred with at least 4-5 years of relevant experience
- eCommerce experience would be an added advantage
- Strong leadership and decision making skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Understanding of complex information and requirements
- Good prioritisation skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans
- Great IT skills combined with a good head for business
