Printec India Pvt Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Printec USA ( A Uniworld Group Company) located out of Calhoun Georgia. Uniworld has interests in IT / Health care / Mining / Defense & Real Estate.

Printec has 4 distribution centres located in USA / UK / UAE & China.

Printec has 7 entities with direct operations and exports to 25+ Markets. Printec is the largest compatible Toner manufacturer with 1000+ Skus. Printec runs a state of the art plant out of Zuhai China. we have now entered the Indian market and in a very short span of time, have gained major success on the enterprise sector. Printec is also seeking acquisitions in Europe & USA on various hardware categories.

In the next 18 months, Printec will be launching its own Printer series.

Printec plans to hire a team of 150+ India wide in 2015 - we are interested in learning more about you and your future growth plans.

Job Description :

- Managing Enterprise printing business on all India basis through a dedicated team & network of distributors.

- Must have very strong Channel & Enterprise knowledge in the computer hardware industry.

- Responsible for market share management

- Business acumen - Exhibits base level of business, financial and legal acumen to develop meaningful business recommendations; continuously monitors and improves area-of-control operations to ensure alignment with Printec's business direction, the quality of business practices and optimum organization performance

- Serves as the expert to the Sales Team & Enterprise Partners for extremely complex information regarding product & services

- Promotes Printec offerings to key enterprise partner's.

- Establishes and maintains large account, plans to promote sales growth through team.

- Achieves assigned quota for Printec products, services and software.

- Transactional and relationship selling working within, and influencing, a team of selling professionals

- Creates, fills-in and manages Printec funnel for deals with partners and transforms potential leads into joint sales activities.

- Actively engages Printec resources and senior executives to build strategic relationships with the partner which ensures long-term business opportunities for Printec

- Provides the business rationale and risk assessment for making Printec investments in the partner.

- Ensures partners are compliant with legal and SBC practices

- May recruit and develop business relationship with new partners

- Responsible for country target & P&L.

- Primary focus for partners sales on Enterprise & SMB segment

Qualifications :

Education and Experience Required :

- University or Bachelor's degree

- Typically 12+ years of selling experience in enterprise business / Computer Hardware.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

- Thorough understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel. Dimensions include competitive positioning and business models

- Thorough understanding of Printec's organization & operations, including key business rules, and alignment with go-to-market strategies, partner segmentation, key programs & initiatives, structure and business model.

- Thorough understanding of Printec's products, software, and services. Able to communicate the strengths of Printec's offerings relative to competition, and overcome objections

- Effectively sells Printec offerings by building strategic relationships with partner decision makers; aligning partner and Printec processes; and promoting Printec programs and offerings

- Develops strategic plans with the partner to grow the size of the business and Printec's market share

- Partners effectively with others in the account to ensure coordinated efficient account management.

- Ability to motivate partner's sales force.

- Coordinates and directs efforts across Printec sales teams and across Partner business groups

- Thorough understanding of pipeline management discipline and ability to explain benefits to partners/other sales teams members
