Principal/Sr Business Cons - Supply Chain

Experience: 10-12 Years of Experience in Supply Chain Consulting with known MNCs/ Consulting Firms/Big 4/ Industry

Qualifications: B.Tech/BE and MBA (from Tier-1 Reputed Colleges like IIM/XLRI/Symbiosis)

Scope: As part of the Supply Chain Team Consulting – Manufacturing /CPG& Retail (MFG/CI&R) Verticals, you will be delivering consulting services to various clients with a clear focus on Supply Chain Domain/Business Context. You will participate in engagements that are advisory in nature, with a conscious effort towards driving downstream revenue.

Some examples of the nature of engagements are as follows:

- Lead consulting engagements and serve as primary point of contact for the customer. You will play a key role in identifying/defining key consulting offerings, and positioning the same to our target customers

- Define road maps, create/validate business cases, evaluate best fit solutions, perform maturity assessments and process improvement exercises

- Be a thought leader in the Supply Chain space esp. for Supply Chain focused Value Chains like Manufacturing, Energy/Utilities, CPG, and Retail.

- Entrepreneurial spirit, can do attitude and high ability to deal with ambiguity

- Global exposure (direct client experience in different geographies) and willingness to travel

- Experience of having advised clients on road map/business case/solution selection/efficiency improvements etc.

- Lead Customer Engagements and Pursuits from a Supply Chain Domain Expertise aspect to enhance Consulting led Sales

- Exhibit high level of skills in data aggregation and analysis leading to development of value proposition in proposal/presentations as well as solution development.

- Knowledgeable/Had exposure to a few of the Supply Chain (SCM) Tools for Optimization, Planning and Execution (ERP) like SAP, JDA, Oracle, IBM-Ilog, Logility, SAS, Kinaxis.

- Knowledgeable of SCM specific IT solutions/Landscape (ERP-CRM-BI) esp. in context of Industry Verticals (MFG, CI&R).

- Design and conduct CXO/client workshops to understand Business Processes (As-Is State).

- Identify Key Business outcomes.
