Position: Principal Consultant /Senior Consultant
A leading Management Consulting firm offering strategic advice, start up assistance, performance enhancement impetus, consumer insights and capital advisory, to leading Indian and International companies, operating in Retail, Consumer Products, Fashion (Textiles & Apparel), Healthcare, Hospitality & Leisure, Food Processing, Education & Entertainment.
Role Purpose: Lead Project teams for delivery and management of projects by project coordination and delivery, Service line development, Project and client management & Team management & Development.
Roles & Responsibilities
Project Delivery:
- Manage and contribute to consulting assignments through project conceptualization and delivery plan
- Work on jobs/tasks that contribute towards providing client superior solutions and results
- Ensure practice growth by managing client project delivery
Business Development & Service Development:
- Contribute to the repository of consulting processes and knowledge bank
- Read and keep updated on developments in sector/ expertise area/responsibility
- Responsible for business development and revenue generation for the practice
- Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy based on knowledge of organization’s business and market characteristics
- Identify and generate leads
Project and Client Management:
- Ensure proper work allocation and engagement for the team
- Evaluate the financial aspects of projects, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections
- Manage client relations , client calls and build business pipeline
Desired Profile:
- Education: B.E/B. Tech./MBA/PGDBM/Post Graduates (Economics, Statistics)
- Experience: 7-11 Years of relevant experience with a consulting firm/Retail/FMCG Companies.
- Relevant experience in Strategy roles in FMCG companies with some exposure to sales, distribution, supply chain.
Else, experience in Retail Operations with some retail companies or for the retail business of FMCG/ Consumer Goods companies with an interest in consulting.
