Looking for Entrepreneur to join the StartUp for Equity basis.

Need Fresher IITan with 2-5 Year of experience for Principal Lead Position for HotelOne

Please note that this position is only for an Entrepreneurial Candidate and not for Corporate Job Seekers or Title Seekers with hefty salaries.

Position is offered with Equity basis Only initially and post Funding Salary

- Excellent Opportunity for the IIT/IIM graduate to join the young disruptive StartUp in Hotel OTAs landscape

- We will Offer team of co-founders to join Networking, Angel Funding.

- Prefer Candidate with technical skill sets - Php programming or Android programming will be plus.

- Selected Candidate will join as Co-founder of core team and will be responsible for Marketing & Operations lead.

Your Roles & Responsibilities :

- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns

- Plan digital media strategy by translating company business and marketing goals to the digital media space in order to maximize lead generation (web and phone) at a positive ROI.

- Monitor Google Analytics and brand mentions, creating and tracking KPIs, identifying key trends, reporting on progress and proactively providing solutions for improvement.
