One of our top MNC client operating in the Healthcare segment is looking of HR - Principal Analyst based out of Gurgaon

Statement Of Purpose :

- Lead Compensation, Benefits and HR Compliances for GBS /IT/ R&D and Global Functions located in Gurgaon. The job scope encompasses 2 legal entities. Work closely with Sr. Manager HR - R&D, GBS, IT and total rewards manager AMEA, towards leading and establishing compensation and benefits strategic initiatives and projects, HR Compliances and HR Analytics across R&D /GBS/IT. Acting as a business partner & consultant to the HR BPs, Function Heads ensuring efficient & smooth operations. This role will coordinate closely with the Regional C&B team as well as the Global Comp, Benefits and Operation team

Reporting Relationships :

The role will report directly to Sr. Manager HR - R&D /GBS/IT (India) with a matrix reporting to Total rewards manager, AMEA

Key Responsibilities :

Compensation and Benefit :

- Key contact for Management & employees of R&D/GBS/IT for all benefit policy and procedure interpretation

- Collect inputs (e.g. audits, interviews, surveys), do analysis and benchmark to identify benefit program enhancements and recommend solutions.

- Implement and improvise new / revised policies to meet organization requirements.

- Plan communication strategy to educate and promote employee benefit Programs across R&D/GBS/IT

- Evaluating and delivering compensation strategies to ensure BSC is competitive in the marketplace

- Systems expert to manage employee lifecycle on Success Factors including liaising on job code creation, cost center management/adherence, Study, analyze and process compensation information for GBS /IT legal entity

- Interpret and present technical compensation concepts and analysis - Dashboards, analytics, benchmark reports etc.

- Serve as an SME to influence & create best in class HR policies and frameworks

- Responsible for providing insights, design and execution in the areas of HR Operations Process Improvement, Vendor Management and HR Analytics

- Apply math, statistics and financial principles to help analyze and provide projections for improved decision making for all above categories: Comp and Ben and Compliances

- Leading the CMS process for R&D/GBS/IT and ensuring right communication and process knowledge dissemination to all relevant stakeholders

HR & Labor Compliances :

- Ensure organization adherence to all labor laws and compliances, identify and act on risk with regard to same for both legal entities R&D and GBS/IT

- Manage compliance vendor and perform regular vendor and compliance internal audits, identify any gaps and ensure same are completed.

- Educate management and key stake holders on amendment /introduction of any new Labor laws etc.

- Responsible to liaise with Vendors, Labor office for Compliance as applicable,

- Front end with compliance vendor on labor law inspections, audits, closure of any notices received by Organization,

- Conducting thorough risk assessment and keeping management informed of the same with corrective and preventive action plans, and closure reports.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree required / Master's Degree Preferred

- At least 4-5 years experience in design and delivering comp and benefit programs across MNC's (captive centres preferred)

- At least 2-3 years Exposure and knowledge towards the local HR compliances.

- Experience in preparing weekly/monthly quarterly and Yearly dashboards and Presentations

- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills /presentation skills is preferred ability to analyze trends from data

- 6-8 years of experience in Human Resources, working across HR Systems & Processes, HR compliances, Comp & Benefits Administration

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills including oral, written, and listening skills with ability to connect to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff, including at senior executive levels

- Ability to work across a global matrix org with an experience of 2-4 years

- A positive attitude, innovative and creative thinker.

- Responsible risk taking and risk management.
