Principal/Engagement Manager - Digital Transformation & Technology - Consulting Firm - IIM/XLRI/FMS

Looking for Principal Digital Transformation and Technology with one of the management consulting company in Mumbai.

Principal for Digital Transformation and Technology

- Graduate or Engineer + MBA from a reputed institution with a strong academic background. Premier institutes would include IIM AIIM B, IIM C, IIM L, IIM I, XLRI, FMS, NITIE(only PGDIM course), XIM, Symbiosis, NMIMS, Bajaj, IMT, SPJain or JBIMS.

Experience

- The candidate should be currently working in digital /high technology products / consulting firms. MBA passout of 2005-2010.

Principal: 2005-2008 batch pass out

Engagement Manager: 2009-2010 batch pass out

- Previous experience with any reputed consulting firm would be necessary and experience should preferably cover one or more of the following

1. Led Digital Transformation projects across sectors.

2. Led Digital transformation projects in areas such as IOT, Industry 4.0, Analytics.

3. Consultative selling on adoption of digital technology to new & repeat clients

4. Role in business strategy involving digital

5. Delivering business improvement projects using technology solutions across sectors

- Should have the willingness to work beyond technology firms based on requirement.

- Would be required to demonstrate logical thinking, good numeric abilities, domain understanding and be willing to take up responsibility for project execution & business development.

Role:

- The candidate would be required to play an important role in expanding the Digital Transformation and Technology Consulting Practice of Tata Strategic.

- The incumbent would be required to lead projects with large and mid-sized Indian clients and work closely with Partner in business development activities with clients,

- The candidate would also be responsible for profitable project execution and develop expertise areas in emerging areas like connected devices, Internet of Things, new web or mobile based business models, customer experience management.

- The candidate must have strong domain knowledge and should be able to provide insights to the team and display the ability to be a thought leader.
