Job Purpose :
The principal designer will be responsible for defining the user experience of customers across multiple channels (Desktop and Mobile Web,Android and iOS aPPS) in terms of simple and intuitive user experience.
Job Description :
- The Principal UX Designer will be responsible for leading a team of UX / Visual / Motion designers and working very closely with Engineering and Product Management.
- The ideal candidate for the role should have shipped successful consumer-facing products.
- Should be able to exhibit high level conceptual thinking about product and user problems.
- Should be able to articulate functional and aesthetic design choices, and should be able to display a deep understanding and empathy for the customer.
- A solid understanding of prevailing trends in visual and interaction design.
- Proficiency with Design and Prototyping tools, and pixel-perfect detailing.
