HR Advisory & Outsourcing division implements HR systems & processes from start to end or in other words manage entire HR - Strategic & Operational for clients.
Highlights of the Role :
- Managing complete HR Operations (Recruitment to Retirement) for projects varying in revenue size of Crores to 1500 Crores across industries
- Set up HR Process and Systems framework
- Manage Employee Engagement Survey and design action plan that helps the organization in achieving zero attrition and high profit margins. In other words manage cost cutting and align HR with business strategy of the company
- Build organization structure SMBs
- Manage overall revenue of more than 1 Crore per annum
