Must have:

- Experience in Record to Report / FP&A / Controllership / Finance / Internal Audit and Risk Advisory domain

- Team management experience

- Stakeholder management experience

- Global exposure

Good to have - Consulting / Solutioning background

Should be comfortable to travel globally - 30-50%.
