The client:

The role:

- Principal Consultants are Project Managers. They will be expected to manage projects to client satisfaction by adding value to clients. They should also ensure projects are delivered to budget thus adding value to the Firm.

- Project Managers should possess strong HR domain knowledge and excellent consulting and client service skills, communication and presentation skills.

- They should possess high energy and demonstrate commitment, aggression and passion for client service, people and business growth. They will have business development targets and should leverage the Firm’s channels and programs and client relationships to sell work.

- Importantly, they should be comfortable working in a matrix structure.

- Should possess 7-9 years of consulting or line HR consulting experience and preferably good working knowledge of in either one or 2 areas : Performance management, competency mapping, HR strategies, HR solutioning & implementation, change management, organizational development, compensation & benefits, job designing & evaluation.

- Should have experience of leading and managing teams and / or delivery on client projects .

- Broad business knowledge and understanding along with deep domain experience in HR.

- International projects exposure.

- Ability to link HR to business issues and strategy

- Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills.

- High energy, drive and achievement orientation.
