Job Title: Principal Consultant

Salary: Up to 14 Lacs + Pick & Drop + Meals + Medical Insurance

Work Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Location: Gurgaon

Position Duties:

- Recruit leadership positions successfully across varied functions via external agencies, head hunting and references

- Developing recruiting strategies to ensure job openings are filled in a timely and cost-effective manner

- Electing the best sources to advertise job openings and implementing programs to assist the recruiting process

- Work with the business heads to forecast headcount plans and develop succession plans across the company

- Initiating various recruitment reports, analysis and dashboards and managing & delivering them on a periodic basis

Candidate Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree and professional experience in similar industry (IT/Software) is essential

- 8-10 years of recruitment experience, including at least 5 years of experience in Executive / Leadership hiring.

- Should have an ability to identify senior level Talent (Director / VP / Department Heads/ Senior Management) through Internet search, professional & social networking sites.

- Excellent headhunting skills are mandatory.

- Ability to advice on recruitment methods approaches to market and market information.

- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and persuasive skills

- Familiar with working in the fast paced and performance driven cultural environment

- Ability to work under pressure, challenging working environment and tackle problems in a positive way

- Capable of handling a high level of responsibility and autonomy

- Experience gained outside of India is a definite advantage

- Outstanding communication (written & spoken) and presentation skills
