Hunt Partners is a Retained Executive Search firm (Similar to ABC Consultants) operating at the Very Senior Levels across the Asia Pacific region. They only work on CXO (CEO, CFO, CTO, etc.) & Director (Board of Directors, President, Vice President, Etc.) level positions for numerous Indian & Multinational organizations throughout the world.

Position: Principal Consultant (Execution Manager)

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Qualification /Experience: Any Graduate & MBA

- 3 - 6 years- experience in Client facing/ Operations/ Projects/ Execution/ Presales roles.

- Candidates in client facing roles in IT Services (in delivery, operations, on client sites, pre-sales roles) would be preferred.

- Candidates in any industries with similar experience with an interest to come to Executive Search will also be preferred. (Look below for example companies)

- Good communication - Spoken and Writing Skills, Drive, Tenacity, Confidence.

Role & Responsibilities:

Assignment Management:

- Execute and close search-assignments successfully within the given time frame.

- Nurture and manage existing Hunt Partners client relationships; account management.

- Oversee research and execution process to ensure it is aligned to the search strategy.

- Monitor the quality of all deliverables within the context of a search mandate

Practice Management:

- Contribute to the development of formal practice offerings.

- Develop practice-specific IP, industry reports.

- Provide firm visibility at industry events.

Revenue Management:

- Prospect for retained search mandates from current, past and potential clients

- Ensure revenue booking & billing targets are met or exceeded

- Execute and invoice at a monthly run-rate of INR 1 million Client Management

Client Management:

- Consult / advise the client on the business within the context of a search mandate

- Ensure the mandate being provided is - clean- that is, it has a high degree of closure

- Maintain a high level of interaction with existing clients to generate additional Business.
