Role :

- The role is of a Principal Consultant - Business Transformation Services. The role assists clients to determine their business issues and recommend solutions to drive business value. It uses in-depth consulting skills and business knowledge aligned to business objectives, processes, measurements and tools to analyze client business challenges, formulate hypotheses and test conclusions to determine appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities :

In this role, you will :

- Lead and manage large and complex Innovation & Transformation engagements in understanding 'as is' business processes, design 'to be' processes, analyze/ capture client requirements and pain areas by conducting workshops if necessary, perform fit gap analysis, carry out bench marking studies, resolve complex requirements.

- To provide consulting support to solve business problems in supply chain domain for our global client's leveraging Transformation methodologies and assets.

- The role requires a strong consulting skills, supply chain domain expertise and business acumen in addition to quantitative and analytical capabilities.

- Demonstrated experienced working with complex business process outsourcing, originating or delivering managed service opportunities.

- The Role requires creativity and resourcefulness and will utilize innovative solutions to deliver superior business outcomes for clients.

- Lead and participate large-scale transformation projects. Work proactively with Client stakeholders to refine their current business processes or develop a new operating model in line with competitive and market forces. Also identify strategic capabilities needed to create and sustain one or more sources of competitive advantage.

- These capabilities may come in the form of process, information technology, organization enablement, or knowledge. They identify best practices and client performance gaps, if any.

- Leverage tools to identify, align, and change the factors that affect performance, stability, and teaming and develop comprehensive transformation recommendations.

- Develop methodologies to support transformation projects, creates tools, templates, frameworks and other knowledge artifacts

What are we looking for :

Basic :

- MBA from A-Tier college with minimum defined grades and at least 10 years of experience after MBA in the fields related to the Job Description.

Preferred :

- Strong Consulting and program management skills and demonstrated experience in managing teams across functions and geographies

- Strong client Interfacing and relationship skills, Project mgmt. skills, ability to manage/ work in ambiguity, ability to synthesize data and trends from multiple sources, problem solving skills. Ability to identify and articulate the problem statements and convert them into valid hypothesis.

- Excellent Presentation and Communication skills.

- Experience in Consulting / Big 4 firms.

Skills : Strong client Interfacing and relationship skills, Project mgmt. skills, ability to manage/ work in ambiguity, ability to synthesize data and trends from multiple sources, problem solving skills. Ability to identify and articulate the problem statements and convert them into valid hypothesis.
