Principal Consultant - Consulting

Job Title: Principle Consultant

Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience: 6 to 8 years

Qualification: B.tech, PG / MBA.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand the client requirement by interacting and referring to the terms of reference (TOR)

2. Discuss the approach/ methodology and constraints with the Director / Principal Consultant /team involved

3. Project planning in consultation with Principal Consultant

4. As a team leader, the consultant is expected to complete the project on his/her own by breakthrough thinking

5. Prepare the project track sheet and responsibility of each team members

6. Undertake data collection, business analysis; develop models, report preparation and final presentation to the client with the help of other team members. However direct responsibility of delivering the project is with the consultant

7. Carry out the project work by contributing ideas, opinions and new information

8. Responsible for the work undertaken by team members

9. Keep the Director/Principal Consultant informed on the progress continuously

10. Follow up for the project fee as per the TOR

11. Proactively interact with the clients to resolve queries.

12. Complete the project in the prescribed quality and time vis-a vis client/i-maritime

13. Compile and carry out the knowledge transfer related to the project

14. Raise exception well in advance with Principal Consultant / Director

15. Travel as per the requirements of the assignments

Corporate

1. Participate in business development and marketing activities while helping prepare proposals for new engagement opportunities

2. To conduct/organize for a training for internal staff

3. Also work on research assignments (internal & external)

4. Perform any other duties as may be demanded by the Company from time to time.
