Principal Consultant - Change Management (8-12 yrs)
Principal consultant change management
- Candidate should have global exposure and strong business acumen.
- The person should bring in thought leadership in the areas of business trends, client imperatives and develop/ refine compelling offerings for the clients.
- To support the Change Management assignments for the clients and providing integrated solutions for the customer. Drive growth in allocated Industry vertical & geography.
- To Support and engage senior leaders and Manage stakeholders.
- To Support the development of an effective change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change.
- To Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans, including communication plan, change implementation plan and training plan.
