Principal Consultant/AVP - HRO - Transformation & Solutioning

Consultant for HRO

We are looking for principle consultant or AVP in HRO (transformation and solutioning)

Below mentioned is the brief

- Design HRO solutions for clients. Services may include any or all parts of hire to retire model.

- Performs due diligence to scope work and provide input to strategic questions required for defining the opportunity.

- Perform bid management by connecting with the internal teams and get them actively involved on the bid.

- Understand customer requirements through RFPs

- Gather information related to solution development through questionnaire rounds with the customer

- Assist in Effort estimation and FTE estimation

- Perform solution defense at customer site giving them all the details of the solution and the future delivery vision.

- Provide support for pricing and costing.

- Maintain margin for the accounts

- Assist in designing team structure & governance model for delivery.

- Report regularly Service Level Agreement (SLA) for delivery team/clients, take appropriate action to check slippage, if any, with team members

- Focus on continuous improvements through six sigma

- Design initial set-up for transition, prepare transition plan including Master Project Plan and ensure robust transition

- Liaison with IT team to implement tools and technology for the proposed delivery.

- Liaise with Internal security team for building connectivity.

- Support BD teams in collating Competitor landscape, financial results & service evaluation

- Support Sales Leaders and Business Development Managers in tracking Key CXO movements

Desired Profile

1. Must have end to end experience in multi transitions from designing stage to delivering stage

2. Must be from HRO Industry only. Can manage teams

3. Articulate communicator with enhanced interpersonal skills for effective communication with all levels of Management.

4. Strong negotiation, problem resolution and time management skills

5. Sound oral and written communication skills with good exposure to HR systems & tools.

6. Self-motivated professional with strong planning and organizing skillls
