- Provide administrative and analytical support to IT Divisional CAO in managing divisional process for IT budget/forecast and track on-going performance  - Participate in financial reviews, provide appropriate business justification on variance against plan  - Support IT divisional CAO in delivering divisional cost-saves against targets  - Create, maintain and publish relevant MIS for senior executives including regional overview presentation, business scorecard etc.  - Planning and execution of Business process improvement initiatives and other strategic projects under CIO / IT Divisional CAO / Global CAO from time to time  - Contribute in preparation of executive meetings such as CIO Townhall, IT Management offsite, Business review meetings  - Support execution of communication strategy including content management of intranet site, IT division monthly updates etc.  - Assist the IT Divisional CAO in managing vendor / partner relationships
