Principal Associate - Patent Analyst

A Principal Associate will be responsible for one or more of the following: (Preferably from a Law firm/LPO)

- driving and motivating a team of 5-6 Patent Analysts, Senior Patent Analysts, and Associates to deliver quality work products in order to achieve target billing

- drafting patent specification independently

- preparing response to office action independently

- conducting searches independently

- drafting responses to legal queries and legal opinions independently

- coordinating with clients to ensure client satisfaction and to manage deliverables; escalating important matters to the management team

- tracking billing and collection for assigned accounts

- appearing before the controller at the IPO

- driving at least one field by being a champion of that field like HR and training

- developing new clients and products

- any other work allocated by the reporting manager.
