Job Description :

- Heading PAN India Operations.

- Customer retention - maintaining good relationship with both new and existing clients.

- Responsible for all aspects of delivering security and customer services.

- Successful deployment of all security services contracts within financial, operational, quality and customer specifications.

- Exposure of handling P&L Role at Pan India level in domains of Security / FM and Training areas at the senior / top mgmt. level.

- Will be responsible PAN India Client Management & Operations.

- Policy and Procedure formulation in development / enhancement for greater operational efficiency

- Devise operation strategy

- Work out systematic operational process.

- Conduct periodic reviews and work out course corrections if desired.

- To oversee all Zonal MD's / Zonal Heads.

- Supervise the recruitment, selection, hiring and training process of security staff all over India.

- Absolutely high end intellectual thinker and executor.

- Should have knowledge of ISO 9001:2008

Candidate Profile (Qualifications /Skill Sets):

- Graduate (minimum qualification) preferably an MBA with Marketing specialization.

- Exposure to Security / Service industry

- Experience of leading a sales & operation team in India at a Business Head level

- Good communication skills (written and oral)

- Strong leadership and inter personal skills

- Exposure to an aggressive environment

- Positive and enthusiastic approach to work and new assignments

- Ability to grasp new ideas and develop them
